Consultation Services

At Physicians Compounding Pharmacy we offer one-on-one nutritional, hormonal and medication management consults.  With the abundance of information and products available, patients may find it helpful to consult with an experienced practitioner who understands the need to address the underlying cause of disease and unbalanced health. 

During a one-on-one consultation, a pharmacist or dietician will review diet, medical history, current medications, lab results, current medical needs, and provide the patient with an individualized plan of care, working with your practitioner.

Upon receiving your completed form, we will contact you to schedule your consultation appointment. 
Consultations begin at $45.00 and vary depending on the extent of the consult.
